Antiguo hotel de pueblo desde 1800, esta brasserie está situada en el centro del pueblo de Montcuq, con su gran terraza a la sombra del castaño centenario. El ambiente es muy cosmopolita y el personal es multilingüe. El menú tradicional y regional también incluye algunas especialidades tailandesas.
También se sirven sugerencias que cambian a diario según la temporada.
Para los días de lluvia o las noches frías, se dispone de una gran sala de restaurante con capacidad para 50 personas y una zona de descanso para tomar un café o un aperitivo frente a la estufa de leña.
Se organizan regularmente veladas temáticas.
Para ocasiones especiales o grupos, se pueden organizar menús personalizados.
