Se trata de un restaurante de comida rápida 100% lemosina que cuenta con artesanos locales: pan (horneado con fuego de leña), postres caseros (Le Fournil des Arènes) y carne Blason Prestige (Guy Salesse), Jean Burger nos aseguró que elige a los "mejores artesanos" de la zona.
