Situados en el Parque Natural Regional de Périgord-Limousin, los antiguos huertos frutales de Étouars y Soudat forman parte de la red del Conservatorio Regional de Plantas de Aquitania.
En Étouars, las frutas de pepita son el centro de atención: en una superficie de casi una hectárea, pasee entre más de 30 variedades de manzanos, así como perales, higueras y vides. En Soudat, se pueden descubrir antiguas variedades de fruta de hueso, como melocotoneros y nectarinas. En ambos huertos, los árboles presentan diversas formas, tallos altos o formas en espaldera.
¿Quiere saber más? Participe en las jornadas técnicas de primavera (injertos, podas, etc.) o en la jornada de descubrimiento del huerto de Étouars que se organiza en octubre: tras una visita guiada, se ofrecen diversas actividades (talleres de identificación, degustaciones, conferencias, etc.).
