Irissarry es un bonito pueblo situado al pie de la Baigura, a 15 minutos de Saint-Jean Pied de Port.
Disfrute de una estancia en una casa burguesa del siglo XIX con un gran jardín y una hermosa vista del paisaje. El desayuno (con productos caseros y locales) se servirá en un salón muy amplio o en la terraza sur. En este antiguo edificio de 1880, Cristina, de origen brasileño, y su marido Xabier abren las puertas del "château" para compartir su variada y colorida mesa. Las habitaciones son todas diferentes y ofrecen una vista panorámica de las montañas vascas que las rodean. Por último, la caldera de pellets proporciona todo el confort moderno respetando el medio ambiente.
