La casa se encuentra en Sainte Fortunade, un pequeño pueblo con un castillo y muchas tiendas y actividades en la zona. Los golfistas apreciarán el Golf du Coiroux, situado a 5 km. Desde el luminoso porche, podrá ver a sus hijos jugar con seguridad en el terreno vallado. Se ha instalado un cenador en la terraza. Este jardín también es ideal para una siesta o para disfrutar de la barbacoa. En el interior, hay un cuarto de baño recién renovado con ducha, dos dormitorios con camas dobles (140cm), aseo independiente, pequeño lavadero y una cocina totalmente equipada (horno, MO, lavavajillas,...)
El alojamiento no es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida.
