Una historia familiar que comenzó en 1932 en el puerto de Quiberon. Y que se sigue escribiendo. La empresa fabrica conservas de pescado de calidad y perpetúa un saber hacer centenario que respeta el trabajo y los recursos humanos. Las sardinas, el atún y la caballa son cuidadosamente
meticulosamente trabajados y envasados a mano, ya que así se conserva mejor su sabor.
Su tienda de venta directa, La Belle Iloise de Saint-Jean-de-Luz, le invita a venir a descubrir sus conservas gastronómicas de pescado: productos sabrosos y de calidad.
Todos los días se ofrece una degustación. (Debido a la situación sanitaria actual, las degustaciones pueden suspenderse temporalmente)
