Situado en el corazón de los viñedos y en el centro del pueblo, cerca de la iglesia, Le Flaubert destaca por sus diferentes menús, su cocina innovadora y gastronómica, así como por sus 12 habitaciones individuales y dobles y su cálida acogida. 2 salas de restaurante y 1 sala de seminarios pueden acoger a unas 70 y 30 personas respectivamente.
Bautizos, comidas de cumpleaños, comuniones, bodas, comidas de negocios, en un marco arbolado al estilo de Champagne.
Todas las habitaciones han sido renovadas para crear un ambiente acogedor y moderno, y todas disponen de televisión y cuarto de baño. Una habitación está adaptada para minusválidos.
