Situada en un edificio catalogado en el barrio de Saint Esprit de Bayona, la galería Artsenal es un colectivo de artistas y artesanos del arte, estructurado como una asociación, que acoge una exposición temática mensual con artistas locales, alternando con exposiciones individuales.
El Artsenal es también un grupo de talleres que abre sus puertas a niños y adultos para cursos de pintura, artes plásticas, modelado, mosaico y fotografía.
Los talleres están abiertos todo el año, incluso durante las vacaciones escolares, con cursos ocasionales o talleres regulares
