Los productos locales ocupan un lugar de honor y, según la temporada, podrá degustarlos en la terraza o en el acogedor interior con ambiente de madera... La cocina le ofrece platos locales como "Cacasse à cul nu", ensalada de bacon, caza de temporada, etc...
