El museo le acoge en un marco moderno para hacerle descubrir el rico patrimonio de Civaux. De la Edad Media a la Prehistoria, retroceda en el tiempo a través de las ricas colecciones arqueológicas del museo.
Una película de veinte minutos le permitirá descubrir la historia y la arqueología de Civaux y su excepcional necrópolis merovingia, situada a pocos metros.
A lo largo del año, también se organizan exposiciones temporales, un juego de escape llamado "La Fibule filante", búsquedas del tesoro en familia y talleres para niños y adultos.
Hay visitas guiadas (individuales y para adultos) programadas o con cita previa. Hay audioguías disponibles para las visitas autoguiadas.
