En la hondonada de un verde valle, en el pequeño pueblo de Camou, famoso por sus aguas termales (frecuentadas, se dice, por los laminiak, los pequeños duendes del País Vasco), Battitt y Maiana Aguer, le dan la bienvenida a su caserío familiar, epicentro del pueblo desde hace generaciones. Disfrutará de platos sencillos y abundantes elaborados con productos de la granja. Sólo bajo reserva fuera del período de verano.
