Al principio de las Gargantas del Jonte, la erosión ha esculpido extrañas formas en los salientes de piedra caliza. Uno de ellos se ha hecho famoso: el "Jarrón de Sèvres".
Numerosas excursiones que parten de Le Rozier o del Causse Méjean se asoman a las gargantas del Jonte.
