En los Monts d'Ambazac, casa contemporánea construida y diseñada por José, apasionado del trabajo bien hecho. Dispone de terreno con un pequeño estanque de pesca (1000 m², peces, cucarachas, etc.). Acceso llano a la parte trasera, donde hay una terraza sombreada y una zona de petanca. Numerosas rutas de senderismo en los alrededores, en Jonchère Saint Maurice, comercios, estación de tren, estanque de pesca de 1ª categoría, pista de tenis, campo de fútbol y campo de arena.
