El molino dispone de 5 habitaciones, 2 de las cuales se pueden convertir en suites, y 3 casas rurales, cada una con 2 habitaciones independientes, y todas las comodidades modernas, incluida una cocina y un salón. Está situado en un terreno arbolado de 5 hectáreas con estanques, un río y animales. Es un lugar tranquilo, en el que sólo el murmullo del río arrulla el sueño. Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al río y a la gran piscina cubierta, climatizada todo el año.
