En uno de los pueblos más bellos de Francia, Valérie Bacquet, diseñadora de moda, ha instalado su taller y abierto su casa de huéspedes "LA FORGE".
Valérie y su marido han restaurado este antiguo edificio en el centro de este Pueblo de Arte e Historia, cerca de la Fortaleza y del Roc aux Sorciers.
La casa tiene capacidad para 6 adultos y niños. De 80 a 100 euros por habitación, desayuno gourmet incluido.
La receta de Valérie consiste en elegir pequeños platos y ponerlos en grandes, de 35 a 45 euros por comensal según el menú.
