Las tartas saladas del mediodía (gambas a la plancha o queso de cabra o mozzarella y tomate) son una auténtica delicia, pero se han vuelto tan populares que a menudo se agotan si no se es de los primeros en llegar Las tartas de manzana "Tatin" no pueden faltar en el salón de té. Pasteles sabrosos, originales y coloridos. Es estupendo contar con artesanos de esta calidad en Bayona. Una acogida sencilla y encantadora. Imprescindible después de unas horas de compras en las tiendas de los alrededores.
