Casa rural comunal contigua al ayuntamiento, situada en el pueblo de Brainville, un pequeño pueblo en flor (clasificado como de 1 flor) con 2 ríos y cerca del Parque Natural Regional de Lorena, ideal para el descanso, la pesca y el senderismo.
A 30 km, disfrute de la historia de Verdún, de la arquitectura de Metz y de las actividades de ocio de Amnéville (zoológico, pistas de esquí, baños termales, casino).

Planta baja: cocina equipada, sala de estar (TV TNT), acceso directo al jardín. Cuarto de ducha, WC separado.

PLANTA: 3 habitaciones (1ª habitación 1 cama doble + 1 cama individual + 1 cama de bebé, 2ª habitación 3 camas individuales, 3ª habitación 1 cama doble + 1 cama de bebé), baño con WC.
Calefacción eléctrica (gastos no incluidos).

Aparcamiento en el patio interior.
Terreno privado cerrado de 40 m² en la parte trasera con vistas al parque infantil municipal.
