En la frontera de las Landas y la Gironda, el restaurante Le Sabla está situado en el corazón del pequeño pueblo forestal de Maillas. El ambiente es rural y para los amantes de los paseos por el pinar, es la parada ideal. Las especialidades que se sirven en la terraza en verano forman parte de nuestro patrimonio culinario: garbure, cocina de caza, pechuga de ganso, cabeza de ternera.. Los grupos de hasta 70 personas pueden almorzar en las 2 salas del restaurante y, para grupos más grandes, el salón del pueblo está a un tiro de piedra.
