Antigua granja arrendataria perteneciente al señorío de Aureville, es quizás la granja más antigua del pueblo (hacia el siglo XVIII). Con su orientación concebida para resistir las ráfagas de los vientos de Autan y Cers, este edificio es un ejemplo perfecto de propiedad agrícola tolosana.
La fachada de la casa está cuidadosamente ordenada y las dependencias incluyen dos palomares.
- El palomar de torre con tejado a dos aguas está integrado en la casa.
- Enfrente hay un palomar cuadrado con arcos, cuya primera planta sólo está reservada a las aves, mientras que la parte inferior se utiliza para almacenar herramientas. El tejado confiere al edificio un carácter más bien gascón, y unas cuerdas protegen a las aves de los animales rastreros o trepadores.
