Situado en la plaza del Recuerdo, a orillas del Mosela, fue el primer monumento a los muertos de Meurthe-et-Moselle, erigido en memoria de las víctimas civiles y militares de la Primera y Segunda Guerras Mundiales.
Fue financiado por suscripción de los vecinos, inaugurado el 9 de octubre de 1919 en presencia de Louis Marin y erigido por Etienne, marmolistas de Marbache. En 2009 se colocaron 2 placas, una en memoria de los soldados muertos en las guerras coloniales y otra en conmemoración de los voluntarios de Millery que partieron a defender "La Patrie en Danger" en 1793 y 1794.
