La granja ecológica de Thorey (Aube) ofrece una amplia selección de carne de vacuno, ternera y cerdo, así como una gran variedad de productos, lentejas, harina, aceite... todos certificados ecológicos.
Originalmente una granja convencional, la empresa familiar se convirtió en granja ecológica en 1968. La granja produce su propia electricidad gracias a una unidad de metanización en seco (la primera de Champaña-Ardenas).
Periódicamente se organizan jornadas de puertas abiertas para acoger al público en general y a los escolares y darles a conocer las actividades, las instalaciones y los principios de la agricultura ecológica.
