El escondite se encuentra en el bosque de Châteauneuf-la-Forêt, es el escondite de los "tres caballos"; este escondite, rehabilitado según los testimonios de los combatientes de la Resistencia, era constitutivo del maquis F.T.P.F (Francs.Tireurs.Partisans.Français) del coronel Georges Guingouin. El escondite de Guingouin fue ocupado en 1943 desde marzo hasta el otoño.
