El laberinto, creado en los años 1990 en la Place de l'Évêché, es un laberinto de estilo medieval : un patrón de baldosas laberínticas en el suelo de la plaza, concebido como un camino de meditación o un paseo simbólico.
Al igual que los laberintos de las catedrales, simboliza viajes espirituales: miradas hacia el interior, momentos de reflexión .
Está inspirado en los laberintos de Sens, Auxerre y Chartrers. Tiene un diámetro de 7,6 metros y cuenta con 11 circuitos (recorridos circulares) en un trazado circular típico con una longitud total de 142,4 metros.
