El parque nacional de Macedonia Oriental y Tracia es un parque nacional ubicado en el noreste de Grecia. Creado en 2008, reúne la mayor superficie de humedales de importancia internacional a los que afecta la Convención de Ramsar en Grecia. [1]
El parque nacional de Macedonia Oriental y Tracia se extiende a lo largo del mar de Tracia desde la costa oriental del golfo de Kavala en el oeste hasta el sur de Komotiní en el este. Su límite norte está delimitado en parte por la autopista A2 y el macizo de Leháni, aunque las llanuras agrícolas alrededor de Xánthi y Komotiní hacen retroceder la línea de control del parque más cerca del mar. Con un área total de casi 930 km², el parque incluye varios cientos de metros de sección marítima a lo largo de la costa, pero no incluye áreas habitadas.
