El Puente O'Connell es un puente de carretera que atraviesa el río Liffey en Dublín, Irlanda, que une la calle O'Connell con la calle D'Olier, la calle Westmoreland y los muelles del sur.
Originalmente arqueado y más estrecho, el puente Carlisle era una estructura simétrica de tres arcos semicirculares construida en granito con una barandilla de piedra de Portland y obeliscos en cada una de las cuatro esquinas. Una cabeza de clave en el vértice del vano central simboliza el río Liffey, correspondiente a las cabezas en la Casa de Aduanas que personifican los otros grandes ríos de Irlanda.
