Aulla es una localidad italiana de la provincia de Massa-Carrara, región de Toscana, con 10.820 habitantes.[3]
Importante fortaleza, en poder de la familia genovesa de los Centuriones, hasta 1716 cuando su feudo fue entregado por el emperador a la familia Malaspina, debido a su apoyo a los borbones durante la guerra de Sucesión española.[4]
