El Entella es un río muy corto dentro de la Ciudad Metropolitana de Génova en la región de Liguria, en el noroeste de Italia.
El nombre Entella fue otorgado al río por Ptolomeo; tal vez se deriva de entos y elòa, debido al color verde oscuro de las orillas del río en su parte superior de la cuenca. El nombre se popularizó a finales del siglo XVIII; el río fue previamente llamado por la gente común Lavagna.
