Fels es una comuna en el Gran Ducado de Luxemburgo y pertenece al cantón de Mersch. El nombre proviene de la roca sobre la cual se construyó el castillo de Fels. Con un porcentaje de extranjeros del 63,7 por ciento en 2007, Fels es considerada la comuna con el mayor porcentaje de extranjeros en Luxemburgo. De los 2152 habitantes en 2019, el 58,3 % no tenía pasaporte luxemburgués. Especialmente significativo fue el porcentaje de portugueses, que en 2018 representaron el 44,1 % de los habitantes. Solo en la ciudad de Luxemburgo y en Strassen el porcentaje de extranjeros fue mayor.
