Sint Jansklooster es una aldea en el Kop van Overijssel, ubicada en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel. Se encuentra entre Vollenhove y Meppel. Sint Jansklooster lleva el nombre del convento en la Sint Janskamp, un monasterio que fue fundado en 1399 por el ciego Johannes van Ommen. El Sint Jansklooster fue destruido en 1581 durante la Guerra de los Ochenta Años.
