De Lutte es un pueblo en el municipio de Losser, en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel. El pueblo se encuentra al este de la ciudad de Oldenzaal y contaba en 2021 según el CBS con 3.905 habitantes. De Lutte está situada en la A1 y en la línea de tren Almelo - Salzbergen. Sin embargo, no tiene estación de tren. El pueblo también es conocido por el área natural y recreativa de Lutterzand, donde la selección del AFC Ajax ha estado realizando un campamento de entrenamiento anual desde 1974, en el hotel De Bloemenbeek. El río Dinkel ha podido mantener su carácter natural en Lutterzand. Cerca de De Lutte se encuentran también el arboreto Poort Bulten y el antiguo paso fronterizo De Poppe.
