Dearsum es una pequeña aldea en el municipio de Súdwest-Fryslân en la provincia de Frisia, los Países Bajos. Tiene una población de alrededor de 130 habitantes a partir de enero de 2017. Dearsum se fundó en el MiddelSeawall en el lado este del Middelzee. Hay hallazgos arqueológicos en el área realizados para la época. Después de que el Middelzee se llenó de sedimentos, hubo significativas porciones de nueva tierra en la aldea.
