Baarlo es una aldea en el municipio de Steenwijkerland, en la parte norte de Overijssel, en la provincia neerlandesa de Overijssel.
Desde la Edad Media había una capilla en Baarlo, que servía como iglesia para los habitantes de Baarlo, Kuinderdijk, Blokzijl y sus alrededores. Después de que Blokzijl construyera su propia iglesia en 1609, la capilla continuó sirviendo como capilla para el cementerio. Tras la inundación de 1825, la capilla sufrió graves daños. En 1836, la capilla fue vendida para demolición. El antiguo cementerio se mantuvo y pertenece a la comunidad protestante de Blokzijl.
