Heeg es un lugar en el municipio de Súdwest-Fryslân en la provincia neerlandesa de Friesland. La población es de 2225 habitantes. Heeg se encuentra a poco menos de diez kilómetros al sur de Sneek, en la orilla norte del Heegermeer. El IJsselmeer se puede alcanzar desde aquí a través del Heegermeer, el canal Johan-Friso y la esclusa del pueblo de Stavoren o hacia el sur a través de Woudsend, Sloten y Lemmer.
