El Hombre de Piedra en el dique de Westerzee en Harlingen es una réplica de un monumental hito que fue colocado en 1576 para marcar el centro de los diques de Vijfdeelen. Este hito de estilo renacentista fue inspirado en los dioses romanos Terminus, de la frontera, y Janus, del principio y del final. Su nombre oficial era Terminus, pero la gente lo llamó Hombre de Piedra.
