Markenbinnen es una aldea en el municipio de Alkmaar, en la provincia holandesa de Holanda del Norte. La aldea tiene 325 habitantes. Al norte de Markenbinnen, al otro lado del Stierop, se han encontrado restos de la época romana, que indican la gran antigüedad de este río. La explotación de esta área probablemente tuvo lugar en el siglo X.
