La estación de Houten es una estación de tren en la línea ferroviaria Utrecht - 's-Hertogenbosch, situada en el centro de Houten.
La primera estación en Houten se inauguró el 1 de noviembre de 1868. Esta era una estación de la primera generación del Servicio de Aguas que se construyó en varios lugares a lo largo de la línea ferroviaria Utrecht - Boxtel. La estación se construyó en 1867 según un diseño de G. van Diesen y es el único ejemplar que ha quedado de este tipo.
