Seldensate es una finca de aproximadamente 10 hectáreas situada al suroeste del pueblo de Middelrode en el municipio de Sint-Michielsgestel, Brabante del Norte. El municipio es propietario desde 1971. En la finca solía haber una granja, un edificio de entrada con torre de palomas, una cervecería y una casa de juegos llamada Seldensate. Solo quedan el edificio de entrada con la calzada, la torre de palomas y una parte de la cervecería. La granja ha desaparecido y de la casita queda una ruina rodeada por un foso. El nombre Seldensate proviene del antiguo término seldene zathe. Esto se puede traducir aproximadamente como 'finca especial' o 'lugar de campo especial'. Desde 2002, la finca es un monumento nacional. El parque y la ruina son de acceso libre para los excursionistas.
