El Prinsengracht en Ámsterdam es un canal que discurre paralelo al Keizersgracht en el centro de Ámsterdam. El canal, nombrado en honor al Príncipe de Orange, es el cuarto de los cuatro canales principales que forman parte del anillo de canales.
La construcción comenzó en 1612, por iniciativa del alcalde Frans Hendricksz. Oetgens, según un diseño del carpintero de la ciudad Hendrick Jacobsz Staets y el agrimensor urbano Lucas Jansz Sinck.
