República de Vermont fue el nombre oficial del actual estado de Vermont durante el período de independencia, desde la aprobación de la Constitución de la República el 8 de junio de 1777 hasta su ingreso en Estados Unidos el 4 de marzo de 1791. Su nombre anterior fue el de “República de Nueva Connecticut” y el posterior el de “estado de Vermont”.
