L'église de Santa Coloma d'Andorre est une église située à Santa Coloma, dans la paroisse d'Andorre-la-Vieille, en Andorre, et c'est l'église la plus ancienne d'Andorre. C'est un bien du patrimoine inscrit au Patrimoine culturel de l'Andorre. La nef de l'église a été construite au 8ème ou au 9ème siècle, et le clocher au 12ème siècle.
Dans l'église, sont visibles des vestiges de fresques réalisées au 12ème siècle par le Maître de Sant Coloma. La plupart des fresques ont été enlevées en 1933 et ont été à Berlin jusqu'en 2007. Maintenant, ces fresques sont dans la Salle d'exposition du gouvernement andorran.
