La crypte des Capucins à Vienne renferme les sépultures de la maison de Habsbourg depuis 1633, famille ayant régné sur le Saint-Empire romain germanique et sur l'Autriche ainsi que la Hongrie et la Bohême .Sa fondation date des années 1620. L'impératrice Anne avait demandé dans son testament en 1618 la construction d'une tombe pour elle et son mari dans le couvent des Capucins à Vienne. La construction débuta en 1622 et dura onze ans. Ce n'est qu'en 1633 que l'impératrice et son mari, l'empereur Matthias, y furent enterrés.
