Un des endroits où l'on pensait trouver le panneau des Justes Juges était le Geraard Duivelsteen. On suppose que le panneau est caché dans un lieu public après avoir été volé. Étant donné que c'était l'un des lieux publics près de la Saint-Bavon, et plus précisément très près de la chapelle Veyt où se trouvait alors l'Agneau de Dieu, ce bâtiment a été fouillé à plusieurs reprises. La "clé inconnue" que l'on a trouvée dans la résidence d'A. Goedertier (le principal suspect du vol) ne correspondait cependant à aucune des portes de ce bâtiment.
