Cette porte baroque du XVIIe siècle donnait accès à l'ancienne basse-cour de l'abbaye. Au-dessus de la Porte de l'Abbaye se dressent des médaillons en pierre de sable avec le buste de Notre-Dame et avec les images de Saint-Cyprien et Saint-Corneille, saints patrons de l'abbaye. La porte a été restaurée en 1982. L'agrandissement de gauche est un bâtiment neuf.
