Édifice à nef unique en brique et grès, se terminant par une abside semi-circulaire, incorporé dans un ensemble de style néo. Façade ornée de volutes et couronnée d’un fronton, aujourd’hui en grande partie cachée derrière une aile du cloître ; Cartouche en bas, daté de 1767.
