Edifié en 1464, de style gothique. Les statues dans les niches sont celles de Philippe d'Alsace, de Jeanne et de Marguerite de Constantinople, de Philippe de Thiette, de Charles le Téméraire et de Marguerite d'York. A l'angle sud, 2 pierres de justice sont accrochées. La grande horloge de 1459 est toujours intacte. Clés de poutre remarquables dans la Vierschaere et dans la Salle du Conseil.
