La chapelle du Vieux Bon Dieu a été construite en 1895 et agrandie en 1930.
L’édifice est bâti en moellons de grès et calcaire. Il est composé d’une mononef et terminé par un chevet polygonal. Il abrite un Christ en croix datant du XIe ou XIIe siècle où des traces de polychromie sont encore visibles. Objet d’un culte fervent, il est également connu sous le nom de « Vieux Bon Dieu de Tancrémont ».
