Les Struise Brouwers est une brasserie belge située à Oostvleteren, fondée par Carlo Grootaert, Peter Braem, Philippe Driessens et Urbain Coutteau. Ils ont commencé à brasser vers 2001. Ils possèdent leur propre brasserie à Oostvleteren. Officiellement, l'entreprise s'appelle VDACO BVBA.
Les Struise Brouwers se sont rapidement fait un nom, principalement parmi les connaisseurs de bière scandinaves et américaines. Par la suite, ils ont acquis une plus grande notoriété dans leur pays. Sur le site Ratebeer, où les amateurs de bière du monde entier attribuent des notes aux variétés de bière, ils ont été en tête du classement des meilleures brasseries du monde en 2008.
