La basilique Notre-Dame de Montaigu est un édifice religieux catholique sis à Montaigu dans la commune belge de Montaigu-Zichem en Brabant flamand . Comme un culte se développait, au haut Moyen Âge, autour d'une statue de la Vierge-Marie, une modeste chapelle fut remplacée au début du XVIIe siècle par le bâtiment actuel. Le sanctuaire est un lieu de pèlerinage marial très fréquenté.
