Moulin situé sur une soi-disant colline à moulin, au coin de la rue Peerdekerkhof, près de la frontière avec Hulshout. C'est le seul moulin en bois restant dans l'arrondissement de Malines. En 1474, il était la propriété du chevalier Pot, en 1587 de l'ancien seigneur de Heist. Vers 1830, il était en possession du duc d'Ursel, dont les descendants vendirent le moulin en 1880 à Victor Van Bael. Depuis 1978, il appartient à la commune. Rénové en profondeur selon les plans de l'architecte P. Gevers en collaboration avec E. Spiessens entre 1989 et 1990.
