La brasserie De Graal est une brasserie artisanale belge, située dans la commune de Brakel en Flandre orientale.
La brasserie a été fondée en 2002 par Wim Saeyens, qui a suivi une formation de brasseur à l’École nationale de brassage de Gand (CTL). L’entreprise est responsable de la production permanente de six bières et brasse également sur commande (à partir de 500 litres). La brasserie exporte vers l’Amérique, le Japon, l’Italie et le Danemark, entre autres.
